Return, Repair, and Restringing Policy

Due to the nature of the products and for sanitary reasons, EleMetals does not accept returns on any products.

However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, please contact us today to discuss possible solutions.

Although EleMetals uses natural silk, nylon, and sources high-quality products, normal wear and tear will occur. Please avoid getting your precious metals, stones, and thread wet. If you need to clean the product, use a damp cloth and pat dry, however PLEASE check to make sure your stone will not dissolve, crack, peel, or rust when in contact with water or other liquid (a Google Search will do).

Should your mala or other item break (it happens), EleMetals will restring any remaining product, less the cost of shipping. If damage other than string breakage occurs, repairs and cost of repairs will be dealt with on a case by case bases.
